* Just remember that "there is MORE to life than dancing" -
believe in yourselves, work hard but also have fun! Life is short & you want to make the most of it & one day be healthy enough to be able to become a Mother (for the girls). Be fit & healthy - not unhealthy & anorexic! There is nothing worse & your body is your temple! You need to feed it for it to function to its ultimate capacity! Lots of fruit, vegetables, protein, healthy carbs & the occasional sweet treat is absolutely fine! We burn off so much whilst dancing, we really should be eating more to enable the fuel to help us train & perform well!!!
